This security assessment addressed Vulnerability/Threats/Consequences and resulted in a cost-risk-benefit analysis, as well as preparation of a Facility Security Plan in accordance with the Department of Homeland Security, Coast Guard 33 CFR Part 105, which incorporated strategies to mitigate deficiencies identified in the security assessment.

Creelman assisted ASPA staff in preparation and submission of applications to secure Port Security Grant Funding from Transportation Security Agency (TSA) sponsored programs and/or other sources of security related grant funding.
