Patton State Hospital (CA) LEED Certification

Creelman coordinated the initial phase of LEED Silver certification effort for the remodeling of the Patton State Hospital (a high security environment). The project encompassed the renovation of two abandoned and condemned buildings, J & H, constructed in 1927 and 1924, respectively. Addressed the application of LEED design principles into the complete renovation of a historical building and integration with new construction in a high security environment. This project was cancelled due to lack of state funding.
