LAWA has a multi-billion dollar portfolio of existing facilities with renewal/replacement requirements as well as the need for extensive new facilities to accommodate changing business requirements. LAWA is committed to providing effective management of its facilities and improving the sustainability of its operations. LAWA’s Facilities Management Group (FMG) includes an Asset Management Division (AMD) whose objective is to own and maintain all airside and landside structures, systems, equipment, and pavement at low and sustainable operating costs.

Creelman is addressing both sustainabililty and core applications. We are preparing workflows of Construction & Maintenance activities, contributing to a requirements document for integrating a new Facilities Management System with SAP and other LAWA applications, and developing an IT Governce Policy for change management.
