This project consisted of a security assessment program identifying vulnerabilities and risks, as well as federal requirements and mandates; addressed leading technology, facility enhancements and operational changes for development and implementation of a security plan.

Creelman provided project management support along with an assessment of existing information access, storage and backup systems. We also provided documentation of the current organizational structure, development of policies to increase employee awareness, suggestions for training and consequences for violating IT security policies, and other recommendations for changes in operations and staffing.
